Shipping policy

Free delivery on every order to addresses in the UK, including Northern Ireland. We don't currently deliver outside the UK. If we can't deliver to your address, you'll see this at checkout.

Dispatch
We normally dispatch orders within 3 business days of your order. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Delivery
We send orders by Royal Mail 1st Class. Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days of ordering. This is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery time. Standard delivery is not tracked, so we can't provide tracking details.

Delays
If your order is delayed, we'll contact you. By law, we must deliver within 30 days of your order unless we agree otherwise with you.

Your address
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email official@purasup.com straight away and we'll do our best to correct it before your order is dispatched.

Damaged or missing parcels
Your order stays at our risk until it is delivered to you. Please check your parcel when it arrives. If it's damaged, missing or hasn't arrived, email official@purasup.com and we'll replace it or refund you. Your legal rights are not affected.
